The PM/CM will be responsible for managing multiple design and construction projects concurrently, ensuring that they remain on schedule and within budget.

The PM/CM will be responsible for preparing Requests for Proposals and/or Requests for Bids, assisting senior management in the evaluation process, preparing necessary contract documents, maintaining project files and schedules, and will propose and implement strategies for achieving more comprehensive and streamlined systems and procedures.
The PM/CM will interface and negotiate with architects, engineers, program managers, construction managers, general contractors, sub-contractors and clients.
