The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) is issuing a Request For Proposals for special inspections and progress inspections per NYC Department of Buildings requirements for the Green Manufacturing Complex in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. 

The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) is issuing a Request For Bids for the installation of water mains, sewers, roadway, parking lots and landscaping in front of Building 292 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

BNYDC is seeking a qualified Developer to develop the 6.08-acre site known as Admirals Row at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The Developer will assemble resources to design, finance, construct, market, operate and manage a development with the targeted mix of uses that supports the needs of the surrounding community and complements the ongoing revitalization of the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
