We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our machining operations and drive efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in our facility.

Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to assist our machine shop operations, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in the production of our plastic bag machinery components. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of CNC machining experience, experience in Mastercam programming, Doosan CNC Machines, and is willing to grow with a quick growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
● Program, set up, and operate CNC machines using Mastercam to produce high-precision components, as well as manual development of programming.
● Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming, tooling, and machine performance.
● Maintain quality control by performing inspections and ensuring all parts meet required tolerances.
● Coordinate with engineering to improve machining processes and efficiency.
● Monitor and maintain CNC equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
● 2 years of CNC machining experience, including Mastercam programming.
● knowledge of G-code programming and CNC machine setup.
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
● Proficiency in measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
