The Workforce Partnership Team at the Albert C. Wiltshire Employment Center is your dedicated hiring ally. We provide no-cost recruiting and talent sourcing services to all Yard businesses, helping you find the right people quickly and efficiently. 

Whether you’re a startup of two or a growing enterprise, our team partners with you to understand your workforce needs, refine job descriptions to attract the top talent, and act as the first line of communication with candidates, saving you valuable time on screening and vetting.  

Through our strong relationships with local colleges, universities, and professional networks, and with access to powerful sourcing tools, we expand your reach and deliver qualified, job-ready candidates directly to our tenants. 

WHO WE WORK WITH

Our services are available to all Yard tenants, across a wide range of industries, including Food and Beverage, Fashion and Visual Design, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Energy/Sustainable Tech.
