Design Day at the Yard

Home to thousands of designers and innovators, the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s 300-acre campus welcomes design enthusiasts from all over the world. For the 2024 NYCxDESIGN Festival, the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation and its partners present a series of events celebrating design:

Green Open House

Explore more than a dozen businesses working in green design and industry. Attendees will have opportunities to learn about the use of sustainable sourcing and materials, see low-carbon production techniques, innovative solutions to recycling and adaptive reuse, and see products designed to combat climate change.

Made in NYC Week is an annual event series dedicated to celebrating the vibrant manufacturing and maker community of New York City. During this event, attendees will be immersed in local talent, featuring food and beverage makers and artisans spanning categories such as jewelry, home goods, and beyond.
