Live Loud Foods

Live Loud Foods is a bold, fun culinary lifestyle brand born in the Bronx, inspired by the vibrant, diverse culture of New York City. The company’s mission is to help people live boldly and authentically — one delicious bite at a time.

The brand launched with a line of chef-crafted gourmet candied nuts made to turn everyday snacking into a small luxury. Flavors like Caribbean Jerk Candied Mixed Nuts and Candied Citrus Pistachio pull from global culinary traditions, bringing bold, unexpected flavor combinations to the table. Every product is soulfully seasoned and made in small batches in NYC, and the line is women-owned, gluten-free, and vegan.

Live Loud Foods is led by Chef Keesha, a classically trained chef from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Culinary Arts with a background in organic and health-supportive cooking, plus an MBA in business. Her experience spans NYC’s fine dining scene, Epicurious’s 50 Person Prep Challenge, and Food Network’s Chopped.

Oso Cacao

Oso Cacao is a bean-to-bar chocolate experience rooted in tradition, culture, and the respect for quality ingredients. We begin with a family tradition of Mexican-style chocolate making and continue that legacy by blending rich heritage with vibrant ingredients.

We partner with farmers who share our passion for Mexican cacao! Together, we create a delicious journey of taste and texture with our handcrafted chocolates!

Doosra

Doosra makes a modern take on the snacks found in Indian homes, where guests are traditionally welcomed with chai and something to eat. Our name carries several meanings: “doosra” translates to “different,” reflecting how our snacks step outside tradition, and also means “second,” because one bite always leads to another. For cricket fans, a doosra is also a curveball — unexpected, just like the surprising sweetness woven into our mixes.

Each product blends traditional Indian flavors and ingredients with indulgent, modern touches, creating snacks where every bite offers something a little different. We started out selling at farmers markets across New York City, building a following one conversation and one taste at a time. Since then, we’ve earned recognition as both a Desi-owned and NYC-approved brand, and we’re now expanding into retail stores across the country.

Gracie Baked

Gracie Baked is the Long Island City bakeshop where childhood is the whole point, built on stuffed and dipped cookie bars and Baby Cakes layered with moist cake, whipped mousse, chocolate crunchies, and fluffy cream cheese buttercream, all boxed up to grab and go. Every treat traces back to something she actually loved: funfetti frosting straight from the jar, peanut butter and fluff after school, the sugar high of being nine years old. The road here ran through a late-night college delivery service, a stint at Momofuku Milk Bar, and years teaching baking classes, including at The Door, the NYC nonprofit whose culinary grads she now hires as paid interns. The treats got bigger. So did the mission. Now those nostalgic, over-the-top desserts ship nationwide on Goldbelly. Growing up is mandatory. Outgrowing dessert isn’t.
