Minden Koopmans
Minden Koopmans is the Chief of Staff at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, leading efforts on strategic planning, special projects, and internal capacity building. Minden has over 15 years of experience working in government, management consulting, and at impact driven start-ups.
Prior to joining the Yard, she served as Director of Special Projects at the City University of New York’s School for Professional Studies, NYC’s leader in online adult education. She led diverse consulting teams at Guidehouse for NYC and NYS agencies. She also served as Assistant Director of Strategy and Operations for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Economic Opportunity.
