Naser is the Chief Operating Officer & EVP at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. He has over 20 years of experience in the facility management industry.

Prior to joining the Yard, Naser served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Pristine Environments Inc., overseeing 25 million square feet of client facilities in the eastern region of North America. In addition to his regional duties, he led PEI’s national procurement and standardized operational strategies and was instrumental in setting sustainability policies. Prior to joining PEI, Naser was the Director of Sustainability and Health, Safety & Environment for BMS, a division of Vornado Realty Trust.
