Paul Kelly
Paul is the Executive Vice President at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, oversees the legal, records-management and archives departments. He also serves as Corporate Secretary.

He comes to the Brooklyn Navy Yard from The Trust For Governors Island, where he was General Counsel. In his 30-year legal career, he has been General Counsel at Brooklyn Bridge Park Development Corporation, Assistant General Counsel at NYCEDC, and Partner at Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP. He is a graduate of Fordham University and Fordham Law School and has a master’s in Real Estate from NYU.
