The Brooklyn Roasting Company sources, roasts and brews superb and sustainable coffees from the world’s most renowned growing regions and farms. We favor certified coffees (Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance) and unique auction-lot coffees. All of our beans are locally roasted every day in Brooklyn’s old coffee district and packaged in our state-of-the-art production facilities to maximize flavor and freshness.
