Parkways
BLDG 131
Parkways originated from an MIT Media Lab research group in 2016 and have since implemented several parklets. Using the intentional design, the group creates modular, customizable parklets from recycled and responsibly-harvested materials. Working with local businesses, community members, and business improvement districts, Parkways offers a holistic methodological approach and toolset for interventions at the micro level which can help shape the way we think about our streets on the macro level.
